- If you wish to cancel your purchased consultation service before your scheduled session has taken place, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the original purchase date. Please contact us as soon as possible to initiate the cancellation and refund process.
2. Satisfaction Policy After Service Rendered:
- We strive to provide insightful, valuable, and transformative consultations tailored to your situation.
- If, after completing your consultation session (including any initial follow-up period specified in the service description), you are not satisfied with the service provided or the insights received, you may request a partial refund within 30 days of the consultation session date.
- In such cases of dissatisfaction after service completion, an 80% refund of the original purchase price paid for that specific consultation service will be issued. The retained 20% reflects the professional time, expertise, and resources invested in preparing for and conducting your personalized session and analysis.

While our current focus is on consultation services, we plan to offer physical products, such as Feng Shui enhancers or related items, in the future.
